Crowds of people protested Saturday against the war in Iran and President Donald Trump's actions, in “No Kings” rallies across the U.S. and in Europe. Minnesota took center stage, in what organizers expected to be mass demonstrations involving millions of people.

Demonstrators across the country and the globe are protesting President Donald Trump at more than 3,000 planned events on Saturday.

The flagship “No Kings” rally at the Minnesota State Capitol wrapped up around 5 p.m. Saturday, March 28, and organizers said more than 200,000 people came out for the rally that spent as much time celebrating Minnesotans who stood against the federal immigration surge as it did attacking President Donald Trump.

More than 3,100 events were planned in all 50 states, with more than 9 million people expected to participate, organizers said.
